I've been eating off one plate, one bowl and one glass for 3 weeks but there is still so much stuff.

I can't get takeways very often. I eat ridiculously small portions of food because I get so full quickly. You'd laugh at the amount

of pasta I put on for myself..hardly worth putting on at all

I feel all bloated and sick if I eat a takeaway which is why I generally cook my own food

I do miss takeouts though

I will only order a curry if i am absolutely famished, otherwise i will just be wasting my money. Even then i struggle to get clear my plate

Can you eat all the rice they give you? Other people seem to be able to and I keep thinking it's me that's weird
