alright I need a little advice... I have a customer who repeately IMs me (at least once a week) because they broke something in their house. Retextured it wrong, moved a piece and can't get it back... etc

And I have been politely as helpful as possible. How do I explain that just because you purchased a house from me does not make me your landlord?

Every time I tell them that "this is why our houses are mod / copy" and am as helpful as I can be! but it's getting old.

yeah I would just be like well re-rez it not much you can do your houses are so great too not much to fix on them so .. yah

I think thats the same guy thats been iming me. I told him the only thing that would fix it would be to just re-rez it. But he said his wife will kill him, and i was like nah just take away your edit rights

I sometimes have this problem and I almost always tell them to rez a fresh copy

Tell him that while you understand that he's been having issues with modding it, but you cannot continue to fix it as you've already gone way out of your way to help, there has to be a line there girlie.

yep, i agree with everyone here. it's not your responsibility.. i've broken houses tons of times but i have never even though of IMing the creator because it was my own fault
