additionally, I'd like to release an accompanying audio feed. Does anyone do that?

I use Windows Live Moviemaker... and yes, I'm a video dumbass and can use it.

I have a Mac and I just used iMovie. It was a little confusing at first but not too overwhelming. I have no idea about releasing an audio stream.
