Hubby's car was damaged and the insurance company hasn't been responding. I emailed and left voice mails for the adjuster's boss and we are getting a check cut AND getting a rental car in the morning.

Woot!!!

We didn't know if we were going to get anything. Hubby has been calling numerous people for days.

Thank God for the rental. I've been stuck at home all week and I'm getting itchy.

What fly by night insurance co is this?! As the sister & kid of ins people I hate hearing that.

Welll.... that's sketchy, too. It appears that the parking lot where it was damaged is self-insured, so it's their in-house people the best I can tell.
