Can you speak to the hospital social worker? Because if there's no heat or light seems like it's not a safe

place for him to be going home to. Since he just had surgery and all.

Oh nah that's like the whole neighborhood a transformer went down last week but JI guess they're doing urban stuff first

And I'm not allowed to talk to the social worker because someone else is legally responsible, but she's away on vacation do I'll just make sure it's liveable!
