heather, I use it sometimes just to post a quick update if I want to put the same thing everywhere. It's easy and works. but all it does...

Yeah those update everything/everywhere services seem promising at first.

But they really can't do shit.

A response usually results in a new post from you, which isn't being run through ping.fm and that kills the whole idea.

I agree Jenn. We should stick to one service. I'm not keen on trying to do a dozen equivalent services at the same time.

That is the worst of this connected tech. Pick a service and let your friends decide if they want to pay attention to what you're doing.

If you want to see what they're doing then subscribe to those other services but don't post.

Let the service providers compete. That's not my job.
