its a good idea to stop caffeine occasionally to reset the system - I build up tolerance way too quickly so have to reset often

the fact that i make nuclear sludge for coffee doesnt help either

thinking of the coffee board's "hold on tight to your dreams" campaign in the 80's. I'm gettin' old.

yeah - considering i was a full fledged coffee drinker at that tiem as well
