I dont know if it is legit, but several people have posted on facebook about it..supposed to compete with eBay

you have to buy bids, and they don't include that when they say "john doe got this ipad for 23.65" and it often takes many many bids. many new "auction" sites like it around, bidcactus, quibids, beezid.

if you do the math, it's really no great deal, but that's strictly my opinion.
