update, the kid who is believed to have shot Drake was on probation and had an ankle monitor for home, looks like someone seriously screwed up at the Dept of Justice. They have the gps of him walking in the

troopers house during the break in. no one can explain why it is this trouble maker was able to leave his house without the authorities being called to arrest him. This whole thing stinks
