Model and teach collaboratively. Do rather than train. (Doing spurs interest in training) (thinking)

Word of mouth + formal sharing ... tchrs who integrate tech sharing their successes works wonders

20-30 minutes of teacher sharing during a staff meeting usually generates tons of interest (if they can do it, I can too)
