which I can understand, because these kids ARE bad, and they ARE smart, but they act otherwise.
she says she's used to teaching older kids, ones that actually want to learn and stuff.
so either she needs to hire someone else quick, or rearrange the schedule, because I can't do that room by myself. no way in hell.
we just got 3 new kids today, so yeah, about 16 kids total, but two left.
one had a doctor's appointment, and the other gets dropped off/picked up early.
...fuck, 17 kids total in that class. and not one of them want to listen.
well, I dunno about the new ones yet, they seem pretty cool, except for the little boy crying because he didn't wanna take a nap. ~_~
the max I could have on my own is 10 kids, but even then I need help, because I simply can't do everything by myself. >_<
we really should separate the 3's and 4's, but again, you'd still need another teacher.
it just sucks, she chose a pretty bad time to quit.
I know I shouldn't stress, that it'll work out, but honestly?
this teacher has been there for about a month and a half.
and she's letting these kids wear her down.
I've been there 10 months as of the end of december, and they haven't made me quit YET.
and they're not going to. >|
