opposite for me; near the holidays things get crazy as work gets compressed. I've worked every hour except 6 a day since I left Monday 4AM!

Mon: 4am-midnight Tue: 6am-midnight Wed: 6am-midnight Today:6am thru getting to airport at 2:30, not home until about 8 pm prolly

So, 20/18/18/14 if I get home at 8 and count travel time, or 12/17/17/8 if not counting airport/highway time.
