rubbed his eyes a bit as he answered it, looking down at her once the door was opened.

leaps at him, kissing him deeply.

stumbled back a bit but returned the kiss, lightly putting his arms around her after.

presses their foreheads together, sighing as she held on to him. "I'm sorry I was gone so long. I missed you so much."

sighed and lightly buried his hand in her hair. He was a little upset that she had gone and left, leaving him alone on Christmas.

so horrible! "I know you're mad at me, but I'm going to make it up to you, okay?" She kissed his cheek. "I promise."

nods a little. "I'm not mad. Just upset." He stroked her hair a bit before going to get the kettle in the kitchen unplugged.

bites her bottom lip, following after him. "I really am sorry." She set her purse down on the kitchen table before rummaging through it. "I brought one of your presents. The others were too heavy."

made himself a cup of tea before taking a sip. "What do you mean by 'too heavy'...?"

smiles a little, holding out the small box to him. "Meaning I didn't really feel like dragging it through the snow."

nod faintly and looked at the box before putting his tea down on the dining table. He went to his tre and brought back her a small box himself.

watches him, holding on to the tiny box wrapped in pale wrapping paper, idly fidgeting with the gold bow. She handed it to him when he returned, taking her gift from him in turn. "You first."

rolls his eyes and carefully unwrapped it, not ripping the paper.

sticks her tongue out at him. "Stop rolling your eyes and open it, you butt." It was a ring necklace, the ring itself small and thing in simple silver. It was one of hers.

shrugs a bit, averting her eyes. "Just thought I'd stick a ring somewhere on you."

nodded a little as he looked at it in detail. "How do you want me to interpret this, now?"

shrugs a bit, rubbing her arm shyly. "You're kinda mine."

smiled faintly as he kissed her forehead, handing it back to her so she could put it on him.

smiles at that, a blush on her cheeks as she scoots behind him in order to put it on him. "You can keep it under your scarf if you want, but make sure It's at least kind of visible." She wanted to be able to -

-see him in it.

nods. "I'll make sure to always keep it close..." He lightly touched it once it was on, fidgeting with it lightly. "Now open yours." He settled for getting her a necklace too...

looked away shyly after, hoping she'd like it.

stares at it. "Oh my god.." She tackled him in a tight hug.

made a quiet startled sound before hugging her back, glad she liked it. "I was afraid the silver wire wouldn't come in on time..."

- "I love it so much." She kissed his cheek. "Thank you."

rubbed his cheek shyly after. "I'm glad... I spent a lot of time on it."

- "You're incredible." She kissed him on the lips this time, carding her fingers through his hair.

let the kiss linger a bit, missing how soft her lips were. "Mm. It's easy when you're my inspiration."

smirked faintly as he pushed some hair behind her ear. "It's the truth." He kissed her nose before going to get his tea and sipping it.

smiles, holding it out to him. "Put it on for me?"

nodded and took it from her, carefully clasping it around her neck, making sure not to catch her hair in the clasp. "There..."

smiles. "Am I going to get tea, too?"

shrugs. "Do you want tea, or hot chocolate?"

- "Hot chocolate~!"

nods a little and went to prepare it. He knew how she liked that more.

sits up on the counter, watching him and idly playing with her necklace. She was in love with it! ;w;

really happy with that. He spent a long, long time on it just to make it perfect for her.

so happy. "I love you~"

finished the hot chocolate and held it out to her. "Say it properly."

- "I thought we talked about this." She huffs softly, taking the mug.

nods a little. "I just like it better..."

pouts a little. "Ik hou van je."

smiled and put his hand lightly on her cheek, kissing her. "Dank u."

playfully bites his bottom lip. "Shoosh."

hissed quietly. "Take good care of that necklace, ja? I put my heart and soul into making it."

kisses him to soothe the bite. "Of course, sweetpea."

huffed a little at the name calling, but let it slide this time.

to be able to call him cute petnames ;w;

would make that another Christmas present then...

- "I have your other present at home."

nods a little. "I guess you want me to go home with you then?"

smiles softly. "Please~?":3

nodded as he finished his tea. "Fine. As long as you don't kill us while driving."

blinks at him. "What?"

sighs. "That's a long walk in this weather."

smiles. "I know. But It's fine."

shakes his head and went to get his coat and boots on.

- "Put something warm on." She buttoned up her coat and jumped down from the counter.

just kept his coat on. "I'll be fine like this." He got his keys and headed out to his car.

huffs at him as she followed.

got into the car and started it up, turning the heat on before removing some of the snow on the outside.

slips into the car, waiting for him. It was nice and warm in here.

started off soon after, being careful of the roads just to be on the safe side. He hadn't been to her house in a while..

smiles a little. "I can't wait for you to see."

a little curious to see it himself. He got to her place rather quickly, parking neatly in her driveway and got out of the car.

slips out of the car, hurrying to unlock the door.

kept close behind her, looking around. He did like the fact it still seemed somewhat like his place around here, even if it belonged to her.

pulls off her coat and scarf and runs over to the decorated tree where there was a very large gift. Taller than herself.

couldn't help but stare at it as he took his coat and boots off. He was at a total loss of what it could be. He made his way over though to inspect it.
