This is very un-coach-like, Deb!

Those with a REAL life do NOT have high Karma . . . okay, there are some that PAY people to keep up their Karma because they have staff.

But individuals have to come through hear for at least an hour EVERYDAY to maintain Karma.

I'm sure you do not have the time. But you have a load of friends and fans . . . that says alot more.

Don't worry too much about it. Karma points is not something I look at.

I'm with you. The Karma thing makes me feel bad. It is not uplifting, encouraging, or motivational for sure.
