It's like "buddy, do you even know where you are?"
This is a place of quiet study, not you badly bebopping to shitty rap music while paging through a magazine. 
We have this problem in the library, too...
Especially in the study rooms.
Study room are meant for studying, not... impromptu dance numbers and karaoke that would give Simon Cowell a heart attack...
It's fine to use the study rooms for recreation if they're sound proofed and it's not around midterms/finals time... Otherwise gtfo, people need that room for more important reasons than you.
