they were all very interesting people, from vastly different background, different qualification, and all had really great characteristics. Choosing a top 3 was so hard !

Oh yeah picking is not easy. I did about 12 interviews for 1 spot. I felt really bad. Because almost all of them really needed the job.

I know! Same here. Pretty much all the people i interviewed currently didn't have a job, or were doing something to just to get by until their found something in their field.

I asked all the ones who didn't make the final cut if their would be ok with me keeping their resumes for when other spots open up in our building bc I really would like for a number of them to end up here
