started a monk and then found some things in a temp storage for things like cash shop purchases and in-game event items. I believe the hat and stuff I got is for playing during the closed beta. :3

...where is the temp storage?

On the bottom left of your interface there should be like 4 or so icons.

There's a button there that will open up a menu with all of the options you can have on that menu. One of those looks like a present. Right-click on that. Then check the three tabs to see if you have anything.
