Nic and I had a discussion on ways to cut calories and things that would be good to give up for lent. I couldn't help but agree that it was a easy way to cut 300+ calories out and something that I cherished

Congrats on the decision! Dropping caffeine is tough, but Jane did it years ago and says she feels better.

I gave up diet coke. I make my own latte's at home, so they don't cost me much, and I use sugar free syrup and soy milk so not too many calories either. I wouldn't be very nice without my cuppa joe either ;-)
