Sure. I think that those who pay for and have a stake in schools should get to determine the success. If 73% funding comes from local, 25% from state, and 2% from federal (our district), then local community
should have 73% say, state should have 25% say, and federal gov't should have 2% say in whether the school is successful. Yet, those numbers are flipped.
