you would think that doing the fingerprint digitally would allow them to keep it on a central database that can be accessed by any department, the multiple digital fingerprinting is ludicrous

I can only imagine they wanted to check I'm still me and hadn't sneakily replaced myself with a similar-looking Englishwoman. Because, you know, that's what we immigrants do.

I used my student card the other day, and they checked my photo... .then I used it again IMMEDIATELY after for another purchase, same till, same person... and they checked it again
