I'm starting at 49.5, which isn't huge at all tbh but it's big enough for the guys with the lenses to point it out. So I'm toning up and dropping a bit maybe. No specific goal, besides

That's spinach greens, carrots, strawberries, a citrus that tastes like mikan but Ish calls something different, and a few blackberries for color or something idk. There's eggs too
The whole eggs I don't like just whites. Red pepper flakes, cinnamon in them. Black pepper and vinegar instead of that sauce people seem to put on salads usually.
And yes the plate is huge. I have a fast metabolism shuddup.
And the mug is full of green tea cause I don't have coffee
So yes my breakfast was still mostly sugar but at least it was the fruity kind?
Just brought some citrus for lunch cause I'm too broke to eat deli food at the moment, and I'll get back to you about excessive when I actually do some that isn't just walking around enjoying the sunlight
