Brioche Dorée on King & Bathurst has excellent food! (Though the service is also very European, i.e. inefficient.)
The restaurants I've been to in Europe actually had nice service...
The staff there at Brioche Dorée were nice. It was just the fact that during lunch hours the store was in a bit of chaos and could use more efficient organization.
