quinoa salad now. missing some ingredients. the pie should work. the ice cream - dubious. the salad - would be better if i break down and run to the store. already did some gardening

oh - did i mention i injured my back friday? darn, but it feels so good when the pain goes away....

I'm going to try and make a vegan burger

ribs on the grill for us - beef & lamb. quinoa salad is done & yummy. need to cut up some veggies for steaming. bought some veggie burgers today, but dont think they are vegan

oh. and bread is rising - nearly time to bake. yes, this is all MUCH better than reading "Lean In" and finding out (yet again) how women can't get a fair shake. or whatever misery I'm going to read.
