I hate being a manager...I am so over people getting attitude when I ask them to do the simplest thing...like going to lunch at noon. Seriously its not like I am asking you to go at 8am

That is why I am happy where I am. The next step would have to be management and I do not want all the BS that comes with it. The bump in pay and hours is not worth it, IMHO.

I agree...I had nowhere else to go in my job and it was like manage or leave. I didnt have a choice but after a big seminar in Oct I am going to start looking elsewhere
