It's very basic mathematics- if you have one party in a particular wing representing the whole of it then it gets all that wing's votes- with 2 they're split
UKIP are too right-wing to hold rational appeal for liberal or moderate conservative voters, and there's no way they'll win over enough to get any power against, say, Labour
What's ironic is that most of the voters are objecting to coalition policy! I hope they like Labour governments better than Conservative coalitions/majorities because that's p much what they're ensuring here
But they had an interview with a UKIP voter on there: 'I didn't vote before I voted UKIP, I guess you could say UKIP turned me into a voter!" "And do you think they'll get into power?" "Hell no!"
