Kangai sometimes goes to the second floor because of the store room, but he has an aversion to the 4th/5th floors so he wouldn't find it

Robin is not going back up to the 4th floor you cannot make her go back there. (Well, okay, yes you *can*, but that was quite the nasty shock.)

Kangai's not afraid of all the blood up there, he just doesn't want to touch any of it

because if it's the blood of dead people he's going to have an oh so fun time reliving whatever happened to them
