Bought Mac mini for my desktop. Does anyone know how I can switch to Chinese input? (I am using non-Mac keyboard)

add one input method and remap the shortcut. preferences->international and keyboard

command-space is assigned to switching input by default and it will have conflict with activating spotlight. you need to resolve that in preferences->keyboard.
