morning all, back from my 10K, showered and now time for some coffee. It was hot for the run but glad I did it. My stop watch said 101:28 but don't know my official time, hoping under 1hr.

You definitely did it! My time is always a bit longer than chip time!!!! I want to do a 10k, but haven't been running while I am doing Insanity. Will get back at it in just over a month!
