She has the ability to filter thoughts-- basically she can make the bad ones go into the back of your mind by taking them on herself

She can't read his thoughts or anything, just what he's feeling

Her little brother used to have night terrors all the time because of bad memories, so she's kind of big sister mode at Ken right now

Ken's life is just kind of made of trauma, so. Kind of hard to not have nightmares, especially given small child.
