different people and almost each and every plan is different!

Also please be aware that doctors offices are required BY LAW to code out every single thing we do for you. If you come in for an initial visit, xrays AND a shot we have to code out each thing separately.

If we do not WE are commiting fraud! So please dont yell at your doctors office because you are an ignorant fool who doesnt know your own ins.
