because as positive as those growth numbers are, they don't really address the VAT and OSS issues that cropped up and are still a big issue

I personally find it rather telling that the grid has been mostly shrinking since October. that's what, roughly 25% of your sample period?

it would be interesting to see where the grid is a year after this. to see if the grid continues to shrink, and by how much.
