I'm fine with time out, but not with taking my girl's comfort toy.

So I asked about it this morning, and they say that they only took it away for a little while, and when I leave they call me later on and say, "well actually, it was the whole time."

Oh no. Nuh uh. I don't like that.

I'm sure my daughter cried herself to sleep. Her sleep toy is like a stinky member of the family...she's always chewing on an arm or something.

Poor baby. I hope you are going to have a talk to them... And by talk I mean kicking their ass.

Case in point...

Yeah, I'm going to express my "disinterest" to the teachers when I have lunch with Eden today.

I know it's not easy to have a bunch of rowdy 3yr olds all day, but still taking the sleep toy is a bit harsh.

The teachers were really apologetic about taking my daughter's sleep toy when I talked to them at lunch. They were relieved when I let them down from the coat hangers they were on while we were talking.

Seriously, I told them they do a great job with my girl and that I know it's not easy doing what they do. But that my wife and I are not in favor of the taking away my girl's comfort/security toy at nap time.
