Life style change for me. No more food after 8pm no matter how hungry I am. I wanna see if that helps with my weight issues.

I've personally noticed that when I stop eating after 6 - 7 I maintain my weight or lose weight more easily with very few other changes. So I hope you will get the same results :-)
