That's a mayfly. It's not a mosquito lol. They eat Mosquitos tho. Never known them to make noise, just creepy

we call them daddy long legs here , they dnt bite or anything, although apparently, if they could, they have enough venom to kill a person or something shrugs

here that's neither a mayfly or a mosquito, its a dragonfly. here mayflies are like tiny houseflies and grandaddy longlegs are like sorta spiders with really long legs
