Dude, calm down. Japan just got the game a few months ago, and it took over a year before we got the first one (and even longer for Europe).
It's still way up in the air if we will or won't get it, but it's definitely way too early to tell.
If it comes, which i doubt, odds are it would be on Vita since the PSP is dead here
Most likely, but you can never tell; it could be the last PSP game that makes it over here. And like I said, it was well over a year before the first game hit U.S. shores, so who knows.
