affecting our apartment too. We pay over $1500 a month...I dont think I should have to live with this bubbled ceiling and the fear that he is going to do something worse like burn our building down

apartment living and I am aware of that. And also as a mom I worry for the kid. While he is annoying I cant imagine just leaving my kid to fend for himself...18 or otherwise
