since my original hiatus is supposed to be over soon but it's not

originally I was gonna take a break for post-midterms stress, but then my apartment had a giant panic attack over how all the places we were looking at were being taken faster than

we had a chance to consider them.

For example, we were looking at a loft apartment and not even a week later it was taken.

Everywhere else available was either expensive, sketchy, moldy, had a terrible landlord, or some combination of the four.

We've worked something out with our current apartment at the expense of a being locked into a one year lease (we usually go for 6 month leases because our situation is incredibly unstable)

so I don't have to worry about being homeless!

but I also have out of town work next weekend

and we also have to deal with a housemate moving out and cleaning up after him

so it just snowballed into a giant "I can't handle this and rp" situation.
