had a chance to visit mom today. Took her even longer to remember me this time. And she kept asking when grandma was coming. Dementia sucks.

The funny thing about Dementia... it fuzzes up the mind in various areas & stages. Memory recall, chronological sequence, & imagination.

i can't even begin to imagine what it's like. the nearest i've been to it is when i watched "the notebook" n i thot it was damn sad already.
