so yesterday i attempted an elbow plank a few times and held for like 3 seconds each time and today my abs are utterly destroyed

i read this as elbow plurk at first
i am much more impressed now
someone i know held for 20 seconds before they started shaking on their first try and i'm like wow am i that much of a failure
i can't even hold it for 5 seconds it's terrible
