Sol actually went into this game feeling kinda good because it's a braining game (or at least appeared that way to start) and it was just him and Eclipse so he could just focus on the game without
and having a game like that was a nice distraction in itself
but then they got topped hard in the first round despite using their highest cards and 1. it was becoming apparent that a lot depended on luck and 2. in discussing tactics with Eclipse he came to realize that
he... doesn't really want to win more memories that badly right now.
so he let Eclipse go with his strategy even though he felt like his would have given them a better chance of winning the game as a whole (whether it would have or not is a mystery)
basically, FIRST TIME SOL DOESN'T ACTIVELY WANT MORE MEMORIES, H-HOORAY?
at that point he kinda gave up putting any real investment into the game itself either, so he's not bothered that they lost.
He would have at least kept trying to strategize if Turq hadn't kept getting all the high rolls, but then Tim generally picked the same options he would have either way.
ngl, This is the reason I don't play Ryner in luck games. :x He is supposed to be a genius and I don't like fucking with that.
I enjoyed it, it's just Sol (and well, Eclipse) that didn't.
Ryner doesn't care. I don't like having Ryner fuck up too badly.
that's too bad, it would be nice to play in more games with him.
I will play him in the next non-RNG game. It's just this game limited to two and the last game was... Kissing.
And the level of actual discomfort he has would make things severely unfun.
