the lack of a defense stat is kind of like whoa fuck

there's also a really painful shortage of macca

even things twenty levels below you can seriously wreck your shit

and yeah, the money problem is the single worst factor for me

because I like to resummon a lot to fuse my new stuff

made worse by some demons insisting on running off with your stuff

reduced its attack x3 and rakukaja x3 and it just kept landing crits

and fucking my shit up anyway

(unfortunately for me it crit'd flynn several times until i finally managed to get lucky)

there are apps to reduce summon costs

which helps

i had to get mp regen first

i always go for magic as main stat so having mp regen is a must

i like a magic build on flynn because when i try to hit things with him he keeps fucking whiffing

sometimes i put battles on auto and it's kind of amazing how he hits 50% of the time in spite of speed being my 2nd stat

in fact i have yet to see any significant effect from hit/miss enhancement

3x sukukaja in nocturne was like lol good luck hitting me

now it functions about just as well as the goggles

during the minotaur fight a choice made its hit rate go down but it never missed ever so ???

yeah, i've been pumping agi/dex/luck and he still can't hit for shit

so i put all four elements on him and if i hit physically i use his gun, usually

i'm hoping i can eventually abuse mp drain tbh

they would kick my ass for maybe 3 turns until they ran out of mp and then i would cruise

it always amazes me how mp drain is the exact opposite of life drain in terms of usefulness

wow i drained a whole 10 hp how exceedingly useful

there's energy drain that does both
