[Post-fever day 1] Rashes prominent on face & dorsum of both hands. Primary complaint is joint stiffness and pain, esp on both Achilles tendons. Stiffness seems to peak in the morning. Gait speed harshly fell.
Stair negotiations became excessively laborous. Joint pain is constant, dull, aching, on (
feet graded 6-7/10.

Secondary complaint would be fatigue. A walk of ~20 steps manifests with SOB. What appears to be the lack of appetite might actually be fatigue in eating. This needs further investigation.
Other Sx include cold intolerance, swelling on both feet, occassional headaches, and generalized muscle pain.
I managed to deliver a letter to PCMC, and attend class at graduate school. Joint pain, stiffness, and fatigue were prominent throughout the day.
