Because my mum decided when my sister and I were both very young that I had natural maternal instincts and would be the daughter who gave her grandkids

To her credit, this was maybe ten years ago, and I think now she knows that I'm going to be whatever I am, but my last attempt to come out means there probably won't be another one.
