Luke's been spending a lot more time outdoors than he used to so he's gotten back that bleached hair, suntanned look he had growing up. He also got lazy with his hair and it's gotten pretty shaggy.

But Kaylee probably likes it.

As for most powerful character? Hm, if we're counting characters that I've played within the past couple of games then that would definitely be Yakko.

As for more active characters, well, that's Luke and Mal. No contest there, really. Mal has no powers to speak of and Luke's a Jedi.
