That's where I stopped today. It doesn't look like I got much done from what it looked like this morning:

But getting that skirt piece on took a lot of work. First I had to finish all the seams. You ever tried finishing or hemming chiffon? Yeah.

Thaaaaanks. I'm rather excited for how it's looking so far. And most of the bling has arrived, too. And the buttons.

I still need to cut out and put together the sleeves, though, so that'll be a good day or two's worth of work. Then there's hemming everything and attaching the trim.

Ugh, and I still have to finish the back and attach the rattail cord and buttons because the back is still all open and unfinished.
