I think her eyes look really nice with her coloring.

The eye colour really does work well! (How does the "orange" part come into the colouring designation, please?)

It's the dragon's tertiary color which doesn't show unless you have a special tertiary gene on the dragon. This dragon only has primary and secondary genes which are the tiger and freckle you see.

Here's an example of a black and obsidian dragon with a leaf tertiary color plus the gembond gene which puts gems all over the dragon's body.

Tertiary colors can create some very dramatic effects with tertiary genes.

I like to breed dragons with either complimentary tertiary colors (blue and orange for my hatchling above) or matching tertiary colors which have a more subtle effect.
