PeggieBundy: Were you logged all the way in when you restored settings or were you trying to do it from the login screen? Also, did all settings fail to restore or just some?
I have reset all my settings but local chat appears like an inch or more above my actual chat bar and was always just right above it before. It's like it's floating way above now
PeggieBundy: Does the chat have more of a square background than before, with mini-icons by the speakers' names? If so, they somehow became chat toasts instead of console.
You can change that back in Prefs > Chat > Notifications. If not... can you tell me what skin you're on? Someone else reported something similar earlier today, but I didn't have enough info to investigate it.
LettePonnier It works in a limited way. If I am using opt-arrow and then use the control key, I lose camera and avatar control, spinning around. Back to previous release for now.
i would much appreciate this being a bug (and therefore eventually fixed) and not new expected behavior! it's quite annoying (but not as annoying as trying to delete things in official at least...)
Lotus, that's correct that there's no checkbox for fullscreen/windowed right now, because Cocoa effed up fullscreen on Mac. But you're supposed to be stuck in windowed mode, not fullscreen.
Lotus, here's a dev's instruction for you: "have her hover the mouse up to the top of the screen so she gets the system menubar, then click the two arrowed icon in the top right."
Chandni, your image shows a chat toast, rather than console, so that's why the "full screen width" option isn't applying. Go to Prefs > Chat > Notification, and check "Use console for chat popups."
That will switch it to the bubble-background "console" style instead of the windowed "toast" style of chat, and that other setting should work properly.
AngeleyesJonesford: Since I don't have an immediate answer for that one, it probably isn't best figured out in Plurk. We have about a gazillion other ways to get support, though. Please see here:
