Does anyone not know how to do a mail merge in Word or OpenOffice? So many people who work w/me don't, and I find this baffling.
The poor IT guy is sick at home & has to call in & explain how to do it. I guess I don't feel that bad because I
know how to do it but I'm not sharing because no one asked me.
