For certain... game mechanics, mostly
.... all i can remember is something about mishas armpits
from a friend who was into the games
I second all of these opinions.
The games are good except 3, but the hymns from 3 are still amazing.
but yes 3's game mechanics push it into "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much fanservice" territory or even "exploitation of young girls" territory
I heard something about the translation of 2 being iffy though...?
Mostly the Binary Field, though, I think
2 has issues with localisation, but honestly, it's not THAT bad
There was some project to make a patch to fix that and the horrendous bug in the optional superboss fight, but I haven't checked that in a couple months
Though there is a boss late in game that you NEED to finish off in the first few turns because it will freeze your game otherwise
Yeah, there's a big bug during a late boss
There's one attack that if she performs, the game locks up
And she is scripted to always use it on her third turn
She always casts it on the third turn, so you need to sequence break her, or defeat it
But honestly, it's not that hard
I OVERKILLED HER IN TWO TURNS, MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The second game is one of my favorite game, really
The first time I played it, I didn't like it so much
But the second time, I realized that I completely misunderstood who were the real protagonists
And the game blew me away
Also, Cocona is the most awesomest character in the entire series!
Do I have to play these games in order? or are they not connected?
They are connected, of yes
They're... mostly unconnected is probably the best way to put it?
A few characters from 1 show up 2 but each game makes sense as its own story despite that
