Looks like we might not get the house afterall .. Inspection showed there might be issues with the foundation and the sellers are only giving us 3 days todo more inspections.

Homeowners insurance should cover foundation issues, in most cases.

You'd need to talk to your insurance company. Maybe call them tomorrow and ask. Do they know what's causing the foundation issue?

We just entered escow early last week, We have no insurance company yet.. .. We're having a foundation guy inspecting tomorrow, but err ok
